The screen is stated on the role
Steps differ by seat, so each posting spells out its own. The in-office Sales Associate track runs a paid three-day trial on real calls with a keep decision on day three. The Direct Commission track is a 30-minute screen, then you start.

Currency, range, and period are printed on every posting, taken from the same record our own team runs on. You never have to ask what the seat pays.
