Social Media & Content Manager (AI-First)

LocationRemote — WorldwideWork typeRemoteTeamMarketingLevelMid-levelContractFull-timePosted31 July 2026

You own everything CEDX says in public: social channels, the website blog, and the visual and video output. This is not a schedule-three-posts-a-week job. You research first, then create. Every post, article, and video has to survive the question 'why would anyone care about this?'

You work AI-first. We expect 10x output from AI tools without generic AI slop - that means you know how to prompt well, how to direct image and video models, and how to tell the difference between output that is good and output that just looks finished. Daily: LinkedIn company page, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video (Reels and Shorts). Weekly: blog posts and articles, landing page copy, case studies, and refreshes of what is already published. Monthly: a report on reach, engagement, and traffic, and what you are changing because of it.

Meta skills are mandatory - Business Suite and Ads Manager, not just the consumer apps. So is real research discipline: if you claim something, you can point to where it came from. Fully remote, work from anywhere.

What you will do

  • Run LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook daily - posts, carousels, threads, stories, Reels
  • Write and publish blog posts and articles for the website, SEO-aware, written for a real reader
  • Do deep research before anything is written - the topic, the audience, what already ranks, and the angle nobody else is using
  • Generate images and short-form video with AI tools and edit them into publish-ready assets
  • Manage the Meta stack - Business Suite scheduling and inbox, Ads Manager campaigns and creative tests
  • Keep published content current - refresh, fix, and improve what is already live
  • Report monthly on reach, engagement, and traffic, and change the plan based on it

What we need

  • Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager - campaign setup, audiences, creative testing, reading results
  • Marketing fundamentals - positioning, audience, funnel, CTA, and copywriting that sells without sounding like an ad
  • SEO fundamentals - keyword intent, on-page structure, internal linking
  • Research and fact-checking discipline - you do not publish things you have not verified
  • Clean, direct, native-level English writing
  • Strong AI prompting - you get exactly what you need from a model, not roughly what you need
  • AI image generation - Midjourney, Gemini, DALL-E, Ideogram or equivalent
  • AI video generation - Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Sora, HeyGen or equivalent
  • Scheduling and analytics tools, plus basic editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere or equivalent)

Nice to have

  • B2B, SaaS, AI, or professional-services marketing experience
  • Video editing beyond the basics
  • Email marketing or newsletter experience
  • GA4 and Google Search Console familiarity
  • A portfolio of accounts you grew, with numbers attached

What you get

  • Fully remote - work from anywhere, own your schedule
  • Full budget and access to the AI tools you need - image, video, and writing models
  • You own the channels end to end - no committee approving every post
  • Direct line to the founder, decisions in hours not weeks
  • Your work is the front door of the company, and it is measured

Apply

Apply for Social Media & Content Manager (AI-First)

Applications for this role are read by a person, not scored by a keyword filter. Four things are required — your name, your email, your résumé, and consent to process the application. Everything else is optional, and every answer you give shortens the screen. You will get a written decision within 5 business days either way.

1 · Who you are
2 · Your track record
3 · Eligibility to work
4 · Availability and expectations

Answer for the whole package, not the base alone — this posting publishes its own range at the top of the page, and where a role pays commission the published figure is the fixed part.

5 · How you found this role
6 · Voluntary self-identification

Every box here is optional and defaults to “prefer not to say”. These answers are never shown to the people deciding on your application, and leaving the whole section blank costs you nothing. CEDX Systems reads them in aggregate only, to check that our hiring is reaching people fairly. Some categories below follow United States reporting conventions because CEDX Corporation is a New York company; answer only what applies to you.

This goes straight into the CEDX Systems hiring queue. No third-party job board sits in between, nobody buys this data, and you are not added to a marketing list. If the form will not submit, write to careers@hire.cedxsystems.com — a plain email with your résumé attached is a valid application and is read the same way.
