Straight 20% commission on the collected first-year value of every deal you close. Typical CEDX deals run $35,000-$60,000 (custom workflow systems go higher), so one close pays $7,000-$12,000+. There is no trial period and no waiting: pass a 30-minute screen and your dialer queue, scripts, and demo-booking flow are live the same day. Work from home or anywhere, on your own hours. We hand you verified decision-maker leads (real owners, phones checked against official sources) - you call, pitch, run the Zoom demo, and close. Commission is paid as client funds clear: build fee within 7 days of clearing, recurring portion monthly through month 12. 1099 independent contractor. You can switch to the Hourly + Commission track later with one week's notice.

What you will do

  • Cold call from your pre-verified lead queue in the CEDX portal dialer
  • Pitch owners and decision-makers using the in-dialer Battle Card scripts
  • Book and run Zoom demos (one-click Calendly flow built into the dialer)
  • Close $35K-$60K+ deals and log every outcome in the portal
  • Follow up via the shared portal inbox - emails go out signed by you

What we need

  • Fluent, confident English on the phone
  • Self-driven - this is pure commission with uncapped upside and no floor
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to call
  • Cold-call or B2B sales experience is a plus; hunger is required
  • Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor

Nice to have

  • Real-estate, property-management, or professional-services sales background
