Lead Submitter — Outbound Operations
As a Lead Submitter — Outbound Operations at CEDX AI, you'll run the execution engine that keeps CEDX's growth machine moving every single day. You'll own a critical workflow with clear SLAs and the autonomy to improve it. We want operators who hit the target, surface the bottleneck, and leave the system better than they found it. This is an early-career seat with genuine ownership and a clear path up — you'll grow fast with senior operators right beside you.
CEDX AI builds AI-native workflow automation for the world's most demanding professional-services teams — private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, law, accounting, insurance, and healthcare. We compress multi-day manual work — pitch books, LP reporting, compliance reviews, month-end close — from days into minutes, with bank-grade security, delegated least-privilege access, and a complete audit trail. Headquartered in New York and operating across seven global regions, we partner with operators who refuse to accept that "this is just how long it takes."
This role is fully remote (Remote (India)). We publish our pay ranges up front: this role pays ₹1.8L–₹2.2L per year, plus equity and a benefits package appropriate to your location. We hire for trajectory and judgment, not pedigree — if you've done the work, we want to talk, degree or not.

What you will do
- Own daily execution of a critical workflow against clear targets and SLAs
- Run the tracker, hit the number, and surface bottlenecks before they bite
- Improve the workflow you own — propose the change, measure the impact
- Coordinate clean handoffs across teams without dropping the ball
- Document what you do so the next operator can run it cold
- Bring data to every decision and every status update
- Learn fast with a senior mentor and grow into bigger scope quickly
What we need
- Strong ownership instinct and clean, disciplined tracker hygiene
- Sharp attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Reliable laptop and stable internet (10 Mbps minimum)
- Self-driven; comfortable owning a target without hand-holding
- Clear, prompt communication
Nice to have
- Experience in revenue, sales, or business operations
- Comfort with spreadsheets, SQL, or no-code automation tools
- A process-improvement or analytical background
